Podcasts is what you need. You have a gazillion hours of travel time. Just record some of your rantings and ravings and post them. It would be fun. :-)

Dear RGET ,
we could not agree more with Uncle Joe's appeal for more
prompt postings on a day to day basis even it is brief ,
in which you can fill in the details later , you know on
the dotted lines so to speak or fill in the missing dots .

It is this trip which is teaching us to reconsider
various issues which have been taken for granted in the
last ± 120 years , however how vulnerable are the new
generation battery packs and their respective management
systems in the Electric Vehicles when subjected or
exposed to Lightning Storms ?

Probably if you had been wearing the correct hats
at the bar , no one would have bothered to look up .
While you have a lot of feathers in your collective
caps , it seems that every mile produces new challenges
which we find heartening how you rally together without
loosing your humour and despatching these day to day
obstacles without fuss .

Wishing you all the best from Ladysmith ( Kwazulu Natal )
in sunny South Africa , where we are still waiting for
the meteorological report to manifest itself with a
promised vicious cold front , Charles and friends .

Dear RGE team members,

as the father of one of the team members I
- whish to express my appreciation and congratulation to each of you for your ongoing determination, professionalism and bulletproof collective will to realize your historic project
- admire your team spirit
- would be very glad - as many many others of your audience - if I could follow your experience on a day-to-day basis, in order to realtime share your happiness and problems
- suggest that you apportion the load of writing blog posts to more team members (despite I very much enjoy Alex' penmanship), because I really fear, that he might gradually become overloaded while the interested world is suffering under the lack of news
- believe, that reading reports of all of you makes your adventure story even more spirited.

As a precaution here my upfront apologies in case you consider my suggestion as a meddling into your internal affairs.

Your team member's mother and father wish all of you the very best for your next leg through Mexico.

Warmest regards
B & J
