It is possible to standardize and consolidate many components for the sake of interchangeability , while driving the notion of reducing the carbon footprints in terms of reducing the amount of different manufacturers for the same parts in different vehicle models . This has turned out to be a comprehensive drive down the Pan-American Highway and every incident that has been recorded has added so much more value to the whole operation .
