We unanimously agree that they are magnificent cities and we identify with the modern thrust that Medellin and Bogota have initiated , while speaking from our little corner it has become obvious that this modern thrust has been implemented with the establishment of many educational institutions with the relevant supporting organs , whose outcome has become very evident , a lesson which must be applied by the other developing countries . After having had a look at the curriculum that some of the institutions were offering , it seems that the standard is high which is really necessary so that both the future non political ( science , technology , industry , medicine et al ) and political leaders may direct their countries forward .
