We wonder if these Pizza Huts and MacDonalds are
influencing the general diet and cuisine of the
Latin American countries – we would hope that
the contrary is possible where their influence
would have an impact on these Franchises so that
the nuances in cuisine could change from one
region to another , nevertheless , complying with
hygiene and quality standards .
